I didn’t grow up with perfect mobility or natural mechanics.
In fact, I trained like most athletes — stiff, tight, compensating, and relying on effort instead of efficiency.
I was strong…
but I wasn’t moving to my highest potential.
Everything changed when I learned how to unlock my body through biomechanics and proper joint sequencing.
Learning how to deep squat correctly, breathe correctly, hinge correctly, all opened a new world of strength and control.
That transformation sparked an obsession.
I realized movement wasn’t just something you do — it’s something you can engineer.
MY MISSION AS A COACH
Most people aren’t weak!
they’re simply training on top of dysfunctional positions created by modern life.
My goal is to rebuild mechanics from the ground up so strength becomes smoother, mobility becomes accessible, and your body performs the way it was designed to.
